Check In

A member of our dedicated team will be on hand to welcome you personally upon your arrival to the apartment. To ensure the process goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to do the following:

  • Inform us of your estimated time of arrival beforehand via your Personal Area; and 
  • Upon arriving to Valencia, call our team member who will be waiting at the apartment to welcome you. The Spain Select team member will not go to the apartment until s/he has received this phone call.

We offer an Airport Transfer Service to all of our Madrid clients. For an additional cost of € 45 each way, we will be waiting for you upon arrival at the airport. This service must be reserved in advance by either informing us during the apartment reservation process that you would also like to reserve a transfer or by booking it in your online Personal Area. When you arrive to the apartment, a Spain Select team member will provide you with all of the relevant information about both the property and its surrounding area. You will be asked to sign the Terms and Conditions and Entry Form, show your passport. We will refund this deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damages. You will then be handed the keys to your new home in Valencia!

We ask all of our clients to follow our apartment Check-In Policy:

  • Check-in hours are between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.
  • If you would like to Check-In before 4:00pm we will do our utmost to accommodate you; however, it is vital that you inform us of your plans in advance. If an earlier Check-In is not possible, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment, go out and begin exploring Valencia and return to the apartment as of 4:00pm.
  • If you would like to Check-In after 9:00pm an additional fee of € 30 will be charged until 11:00pm; and any Check-Ins after that time will be charged € 50.


  • To ensure that your arrival goes as smoothly as possible, we ask that you please complete all of the relevant sections in your online Personal Area or send us the information via email.
  • You will be received personally by one of our team members who will help you settle into your new apartment.
