Payment and Confirmation

In order to confirm booking we require 30% of the rental amount, 70% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer.

We take pride in the care we provide to all of our clients and we do our utmost to assist those who stay in one of our apartments for extended periods of time. In this regard, we offer a 5 % discount on all reservations exceeding four months, and a 10% discount on all reservations exceeding twelve months.

All reservations have a booking fee of € 70.

Once your initial or full payment has been received, we will send you an email with the following information:

• Your Reservation Confirmation and your Invoice.
• Your Voucher. This is a document that includes all of the information you need to Check in to your apartment. See example of Property Voucher

Highlights:

• We accept payment via credit card* or bank transfer. There is a 3% service charge for payments made with American Express (there are no additional fees for payments made with Visa or Mastercard).
