The area immediately surrounding the apartment offers everything guests may need during their stay. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is filled with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, meaning guests needn’t venture too far to find whatever they may need during their stay. A number of Valencia’s top sights and attractions are within easy reach, including the beautiful Cathedral and must-visit Mercado Central, as well as many historic churches and important museums and architecture.  The apartment is located inside a traditional building that has been recently renovated to the very highest standard while still retaining its historical features. With a focus on open-plan design, the main living area includes a sitting room, dining table and fully-equipped modern kitchen. The modern sofa opens out into a bed and is perfect for children or additional guests, and a traditional balconette window fills the space with light during the day. The master bedroom also features a balconette window and features a spacious en-suite bathroom. Guests have use of a private roof terrace that includes a dining area and sun-loungers – perfect for enjoying the wonderful views of the bustling city below. The entire apartment has been decorated in an elegant, contemporary style, with hardwood flooring, neutral tones and splashes of bright colour throughout. Please note that the terrace is not connected to the apartment and must be accessed from the building’s main stairway.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 55 m2 + 15m2 of terrace. Fourth Floor. Entrance leads into an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa (can be used as a single bed), a leather single-seater sofa with a foot rest, two-level coffee table, long cabinets beneath the flat-screen TV, and a reading lamp. The dining area is adjacent to large French window with a balcony and is furnished with a table that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, 2 ring ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. The master bedroom consists of consists of a queen-sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m), bed-side table, and wall-mounted shelving. The bedroom also has two large French windows with a balconies. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a washing machine and wall-mounted shelving. This apartment has a private roof-top terrace that can be accessed from the main stairway of the building. Although it is for private use, it can’t be accessed directly from the apartment. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except the bathroom which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 150 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
