Very close to the property we find the Plaza de la Virgen, where the Catedral de Santa María is located. This cathedral is visited every year by many tourists who want to see the Holy Chalice found in its interior. A short walk away there is also the great Mercado Central de Valencia. Its centenary building, with a modernist style and a touch of traditionalism, gathers thousands of people every day coming to buy and taste the traditional products and dishes sold in each of its stands; undoubtedly a must-visit place. Right in front of the market there is the imposing Lonja de la Seda. This is a national monument and a UNESCO world heritage site, which during the 15th century facilitated the trade of silk, a sought-after product that contributed to the expansion of the city. Moreover, those visiting the city during the third week of March will be able to participate in one of the most famous celebrations in Spain, Las Fallas. This is an exciting and peculiar show that overruns the city with gunpowder, firework castles and with millions of people coming from Spain and all over the world to have an unforgettable time in this unique celebration. The guests of this apartment will have all these attractions within easy reach.

Living room/Dining room/Kitchen: From the very first moment you enter the apartment, an ambience of spaciousness and brightness is perceived. This is thanks to the fact that the living room, dining room and kitchen are found sharing a common luminous space that enjoys abundant natural light. The living room features modern and discrete furniture. It is fitted with a sofa bed in which two people can comfortably sleep, now that once it is opened it has the dimensions of a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m).  The dining room features a round table that sits up to four people and the contemporary kitchen is fitted with all the necessities to guarantee an optimal stay. Thanks to the stylish selection of furniture and modern decoration planned by our interior design team, this is a perfect space that encourages our guests to enjoy meals and conversations in the company of family and friends.

Master Bedroom: This room has a very luminous atmosphere thanks to the great amount of natural light coming through its wide window and to the delicate colors and furniture chosen. It is fitted with a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m) dressed in high-quality linen, and a chair with an auxiliary table, an ideal corner to immerse in an afternoon of reading. The bathroom features a bathtub and has a stylish and original design.

Surface Area: 50 m2. Fourth floor. The living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa bed (1,50mx1,90m), a chair, a puff, a coffee table, a standing lamp and a plasma TV mounted on the wall. The kitchen is open into the living area and has a round table with seats for up to four people. In addition, it is fully equipped. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,50x1,90m), a side table with a lamp, a table with an armchair and built-in closets. The bathroom comes with a bathtub. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathroom, which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 150 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
