The building that houses this third-floor home is tucked just around the corner from the city's major commercial artery, Calle de la Paz. This is a street known for its healthy selections of shopping options that covers everything from designer to high street. As the nation's rice-growing capital, it is no surprise that Valencia offers some mouthwatering culinary options that stretch beyond its indigenous and world-famous 'paella' to encompass flavours from both within and beyond Spanish borders. One needn't amble too far beyond Calle de la Paz I's front door to stumble across culture, either, with the Luis Adelantado contemporary art gallery sitting less than a block away. Meanwhile, the apartment's highly centric location means that, whenever you feel like exploring the rest of the city, there are buses and taxes available to whisk you to your destination, almost right from your doorstep. Carefully considered and adorned by our in-house interiors team, key features of this home include the French-style balconies found at one extreme of the open-plan living room/diner and also the master bedroom. Wood flooring throughout (except in the bathrooms) provides the perfect balance between the home's contemporary fittings and more classic embellishments. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests will need to cook up a storm of sustenance, while the second bedroom is perfect for those travelling with children and comes with plenty of built-in storage.

Surface: 80 m2. Third floor (no lift). The entrance leads into a small hall, from where you can access to the master bedroom and the living room. The living room, with access to a large balcony, has 3-seater sofa, a coffee table, a lamp, an armchair, side tables, TV and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed ( 1.50mx 2.00m ), a wardrobe and two nice balconies facing Verger street. There is a second bedroom with 2 beds ( 0.90 x 2.00m ) and a large wardrobe. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 150 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
